Combining the self defence techniques of Karate with the soft flowing styles of chinese martial arts, our Kyushindo group is great way to improve fitness, increase stamina, grow confidence and remain agile. We are light contact only concentrating on agility and general wellbeing.
We meet Tuesday evening from 7:15 to 9:15pm.
